This option is a great way for athletes of all types to lose weight (if needed) and improve performance. It is for people that may know how to lose weight or eat well, but have no idea how to integrate training and competing with a diet. You will be monitored and guided by your dietitian if you chose to carry support following your initial plan. Details below:

  • Nutrition plan developed and signed off by your registered dietitian
  • Free body fat check upon startup to determine goals and optimal body weight for performance.
  • Example menus provided within your nutrition plan based on your specific needs
  • Nutrition plan giving specific quantitative and qualitative recommendations based on YOUR training
  • Race fueling analysis and written plan for triathlons, running races and more. This package includes what to eat the morning of your race and race week. (optional - add $160 one time discounted fee)
