The Run Formula and NormaTec, two Boston-based companies are partnering up to provide an awesome Boston Marathon training experience! Come train with us on the historic Boston Marathon course from March 20-22! This camp is perfect for those running the Boston Marathon in 2020, or those planning to do it in the future. It would also serve as a great training and learning opportunity for anyone doing ANY spring marathon! Or, even if you don’t plan on racing, but have always wondered what the Boston Marathon course was like, please join us!

The Run Formula training camps are an ideal, fun way to prepare for anything from a half marathon through an ultra-distance race, with a supportive squad and guidance from Run Formula coaches. All camps include technical learning components, and address sport-specific topics such as fueling, heart rate pacing, logistics preparation, injury-prevention, recovery tactics, and more. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in a historic training location.  

The Package Includes:

• Attendance at the third annual Run Formula Boston Training Camp in Boston, MA
• Running the full marathon course over two days, supported with fueling, hydration, and transportation each day
• Multiple pairs of Normatec recovery boots for athletes to use throughout the camp (discount code also provided to attendees).  Camp headquarters will be at the NormaTec Corporate Offices and campers will have full use of the “Recovery Room”!
• 1-1 gait analysis session with suggestions for improvement on running form and economy 
• Klean Athlete recovery drink and whey protein powder provided for recovery from all workouts
• Lunch provided on both Saturday and Sunday, with dinners provided on Friday and Saturday nights
• Access to Run Formula coaches for the duration of the camp (one coach per five athletes) including a 1-1 session with the coach of your choice
• Workshops on variety of topics which may include nutrition, fueling, sports psychology, run mechanics, and/or race pacing

• Freedom Trail- 2.5 mile route with historic sites, such as meeting houses, churches and burial grounds. Oh...And museums, too!
