Background: Kim works as a clinical dietitian in a high acuity hospital, covering the adult medical ICU and neonatal ICU. She also utilizes her dietetic knowledge through working with endurance based high school aged athletes, optimizing their nutrition and performance.

Athletic Highlights: Kim grew up as a competitive swimmer and was an All-American in high school. She was recruited to swim at Cornell University, where she was team captain as a senior, and still holds the school record in the 100-yard breaststroke. Since graduation, Kim has completed two marathons and three IRONMAN races. She placed 3rd in her age group at the 2018 IRONMAN Lake Placid.

Hobbies: Cooking, baking, and any outdoor activities
