The Mission Plan Bundle covers all of QT2 Systems' Key Cornerstones - Training, Race Fueling, Race Pacing, Nutrition/Recovery and Mental Fitness. This is the most comprehensive training program outside of our Personal and 1-1 Coaching services. An individualized training program will be created to address your athletic goals for a specific race or season, and fit your personal training volume, and planned races. This option is an ideal alternative to our One-on-One coaching, providing a structured plan and group to help stay motivated. Our annual Mission Plans require a 1 year minimum commitment. You will be billed every 28 days for 13 periods before being able to cancel your membership. You are also responsible for monthly payments during any month you have requested training via our online questionnaire.  Please allow two weeks after your questionnaire is received to receive your training plan. If there are months after the 1 year commitment where you do not request training and decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a store credit if requested.  Cancellation can be completed at any time via the "My Account" area of our website.  Your billing will begin this coming Monday after purchase. However, you will be granted access to our member area to view the member resources within 1 day of purchase. You will be contacted within 48 hours by our staff who will give you instructions on how to get started!

An individualized training program will be created to address your athletic goals for a specific race or season, and fit your personal training volume, and planned races. In addition to this, the Mission Plan Bundle includes our Athlete Advantage service, a fully personalized Race Fueling Plan, a fully personalized Race Pacing Plan, our Mental Fitness Webinar Series booklet, a deep discount on a Core Diet Nutrition Plan and a deep discount on a NormaTec Recovery System. This option is an ideal alternative to our One-on-One coaching, providing a structured plan and group to help stay motivated, as well as including a key component in each of QT2's Key Cornerstones. All mission plans include the same proven QT2 training protocols that have produced Ironman champions and countless Kona qualifiers. Programs can consist of a full season plan (52 weeks) or as little as 6-12 weeks to train for a particular goal race. The Mission Plan Bundle includes:

Training:
  • Initial phone call with the coach writing your plan, to review the initial athlete intake form, prior to each plan being written. 
  • Set-up of training periodization for the period of your choice, that considers your goal races and other personal commitments (provided in PDF).
  • Testing using our field-test protocol to determine accurate heart rate training zones, or detailed threshold testing with a coach (+$75) to determine physiological specifics for incorporation into your Mission Plan.
  • Online training log, where workouts are posted, and used to record results/track progress for each workout.
  • 15% discount on most QT2 services, includingrunandswimanalyses.
  • Daily workouts, issued for entire period of your plan.
  • General race execution guidelines, presented at key race breakfasts described below.
  • Strength training plan, with specific gym exercises and descriptions, where appropriate.
  • All bike workouts provided in 'Smart' Trainer/ZWIFT compatible format (+$30/block).
Athlete Advantage ($45/4-week value):
  • Direct contact, via phone, with a coach or Registered Dietitian on an unlimited number of topics - nutrition, training, and/or racing.
  • Up to six (6) 30-minute calls per four weeks.
  • A great way to stay connected to the principles of your training and execution.
Race Fueling Plan($215 value):
  • An individualized Race Fueling Plan will be created to specifically address your training and racing needs. 
  • Past fueling and/or cramping issues will be addressed.
  • A practical race-specific protocol that will include specific fluid, sodium and carbohydrate needs.
  • An outlined approach to a full-on pre-race carbohydrate load, including race morning breakfast.
  • Plan is developed in PDF format, and fully reviewed in a call between the athlete and the plan's author.

Race Pacing Plan ($100 value):

  • An individualized Race Pacing Plan will be created, using your own training data, to target an appropriate pacing strategy.
  • Pacing plans can be developed for any race distance and include specific wattages, paces and/or heart rate metrics.
  • Delivered in a PDF format.
  • Whenever applicable/possible, will include recommendations around swim start placement. 

Mental Fitness Booklet ($99 value):

  • Includes links to the 8-part recorded webinar series by Mental Fitness Coach, Lori Ashworth.
  • Includes a PDF version of all presentation notes.
  • Topics include, but are not limited to, belief and self-confidence, sleep hygiene, balancing work/life/training, coping mechanisms, visualization and more..
  • Learn simple and practical strategies to begin the process of overcoming performance obstacles.

Core Diet Nutrition PlanDiscount ($50 value):

  • As a Mission Plan Bundle athlete you are eligible for a $50 discount off of a Core Diet Nutrition Plan.
  • Individualized nutrition plan created to teach you how to eat between workouts, maintain health, and lose any unnecessary weight.
  • This is ideal for the busy athlete who needs help in making better food and eating choices.
  • Delivered in PDF format.
  • Fully reviewed in a call between the athlete and a Core Diet Registered Dietitian.

NormaTec Recovery System Discount ($190 value):

  • The #1 means of recovery from IRONMAN prep!
  • Enhances blood-flow and speeds recovery.
  • Maximized recovery through three key techniques - pulsing, distal release, and gradients.
  • Designed and engineered by a bioengineer and physician.
Support:
  • Access to private QT2 Mission forums. This is a specific set of forums for our Mission Plans. A QT2 coach will be dedicated to answer questions via the forum, as needed (4 hour turnaround in most cases).
  • Periodic web-based presentations/conference calls. These explain various training and nutrition concepts used within QT2, and give athletes the chance to ask questions (these will be recorded).
  • QT2 member area login with client resource access. The resource area is where all conference calls/presentations are posted, as well as other key reference materials for your plan.
  • Access to the QT2 member gallery to view/familiarize yourself with other QT2ers!
  • Complimentary breakfast, on race week, for key races at the race site with presentation addressing race specifics. Key races for the current calendar year are listed below...all Mission athletes are welcomed to attend these, whether racing or spectating.
  • Automatic admission toTeam QT2!
  • Note, with QT2 Mission Plans, all contact with your coach is made via the forum or periodic conference calls. One-on-One phone calls can be scheduled with a coach for $75 for up to 1 hour of talk time.
