• Annotated MP4 movie including all footage used for your swim stroke analysis. This recording will be voiced over and annotated by your coach identifying deficient areas in your stroke. The MP4 movie file will be delivered within three weeks following your recording session.
• Video will be annotated with specific identified deficiencies (and/or positives) resulting from analysis.
• The video will also provide recommendations on how to compensate for identified deficiencies which can include cognitive changes, drill work, strengthening exercises, or stretches.
