Apple Salad

Bored with your lunchtime snack of plain fruit? This salad incorporates all the macronutrients needed for a perfect balance that will keep you full and energized. We recommend using different apples for varied tastes and color. It's almost too pretty to eat!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 apples; cored, and chopped into bite sized pieces 
  • 1 cup 2% Fage Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 
  • 1/2 cup raisins 
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon honey for taste

Instructions

  1. Combine apples, celery, raisins and yogurt. 
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and honey. 
  3. Top with walnuts. (Save this step until ready to serve.) Serve chilled.
