Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup vanilla soy or 1% milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon Naturally More peanut butter

*Options: subsitute with other milks such as hemp, rice or almond.  Add 1/2 scoop of protein to make up for the lower protein content in these milks.  


    1. Combine ingredients in blender.

    2. Blend 30 seconds.
