Orange Curry Grilled Turkey Tenderloins

The love this dish!  Other than the time needed to marinate, its quick and easy and a nice change to your typical turkey dishes. 


  • 3 - 1/2 pound turkey tenderloins (1.5 pounds total)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • canola oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney


1. Cut each turkey tenderloin into large cubes.

2. Combine orange juice, curry powder, tarragon and mustard in bowl. Stir; pour over turkey.

3. Cover; marinate 2-4 hours in refrigerator.

4. Cook tenderloins on grill 9 minutes each side, basting frequently with remaining marinade.

Serve with mango chutney (1/8 cup or 2 Tbsp per serving)
