Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

We asked TCD team what they will be making this holiday season and last up.... RD @kamck14 says her go-to are these balsamic roasted brussel sprouts. 

Ingredients

1.5 pounds brussel sprouts, halved, stems removed3 tablespoons olive oil3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and set an oven rack in the middle position. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Directly on the prepared baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of the oil, salt and pepper. 3. Roast, stirring once halfway through, until tender and golden brown, about 20 minutes.4. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil, balsamic vinegar and honey over the roasted brussel sprouts. Toss to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning.5. Feel fancy? Consider adding your favorite nut (walnuts!) or dried berry (cranberries!).6. Enjoy.
