Kale Chips

We aren’t going to say these are like potato chips... but they ARE delicious. These baked kale chips are a tasty, addictive, low calorie snack that you’re going to love! Also, so simple.

Ingredients

1 bunch kale 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat an oven to 350F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. Carefully remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. 3. Bake until the edges brown the kale is crispy... about 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Enjoy!
