Intermittent Fasting (IF) is all the rage touting lower body fat, less oxidation, resting to the digestive system, alertness, improved focus and the list goes on.  This form of eating during specific windows has several popular patterns including 16:8, a 24 hour fast twice weekly or a 5:2, eating restricted calories 2 days a week.  Find out which, if any, of these is right for you, and understand if IF can be more helpful for certain distances.
