Will eating a vegetarian or vegan diet help me as an athlete?  Will it hurt me?  With the release of The Game Changers, many athletes are wondering if plant-based diets are the new keto or if they will stick around.  Animal foods have long been associated with complete and highly bioavailable sources of necessary proteins, but with our food supply altered by food manufacturing and our food knowledge altered by advertising and marketing, we are left confused and overwhelmed with sound bytes promoting the next fad.
